Ingredients
  1. 3 - 4 pounds Dungeness crab legs
  2. 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  4. 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  5. 1 tablespoons cracked black pepper
  6. 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Place crab legs in a roasting pan.
  3. Heat a saucepan to medium heat.
  4. Add butter and oil.
  5. Once butter has melted, add remaining ingredients.
  6. Stir mixture until chicken bouillon powder is fully dissolved.
  7. Pour mixture over crab.
  8. Cover crab and roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove lid and baste crab thoroughly with pan liquids.
  10. Roast uncovered for another 15 minutes.
  11. Baste crab once more prior to serving.
